How long will it take to get my product?

Orders are submitted from the website once per week to then go into production. They will ship out within 2-3 business days if kept in inventory, and 10 business days if decorated on demand.

Something is wrong, why can't I input my credit card information on the checkout screen? This is likely due to a browser issue. Please try a different browser or access the site on your mobile device. The URL is saintfrancis.store

What will my bank statement show as the recipient of my payment? Eskimo Joe's Promotional Products Group is responsible for managing the Saint Francis Brand Store. Your banking statements will likely show Eskimo Joe's as the recipient of payment.

Is payroll deduction available for my order? 

At this time, credit/debit cards are the only form of payment accepted on the Saint Francis Brand Store site.

How do I track my order?

We ship via USPS. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order.

What do I do if something went wrong with my order?

What is the return policy?  

If the wrong size was ordered, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received an incorrect order, or a damaged parcel, please get in touch as soon as possible and we will gladly assist you to make things right.
